What is the behavior like when Cashback API (/v2/cashback) is executed when merchant's advance point is insufficient?

Its response is 202 accepted.
Cashback is executed after the acceptance and when the balance is insufficient, the status will be FAILURE.
Retry is conducted twice every hour and hence if payment procedures complete in time, it is automatically executed again.
