Can I cancel a payment after partial refund?

After a partial refund (Refund a payment) has been made, it cannot be canceled (Cancel a payment).
If you cancel, the request will be accepted (code: REQUEST_ACCEPTED), but it will not be cancelled.
If you want to cancel the refund of the remaining payment amount (payment amount - partially refunded amount) after the partial refund, please execute the refund of the remaining payment amount (Refund a payment).
