Tell me about the return contents of Get payment details and resultInfo.code.

resultInfo.code is a response to the request with Get payment details and is nothing to do with payment success/ failure.
"SUCCESS" is stored when acquisition of the result succeeds, and an error code is stored when it fails.
Please check data.status as to payment success/ failure.
