Reason for the “Your access is currently restricted” message
If the message “Your access is currently restricted” appears and you are unable to make a payment or recharge, the possible causes are as follows
- If you tried to charge the same amount of money within a certain period of time
- If you attempted to make a payment for the same amount and at the same store during a certain period of time (be sure to check the payment status in the transaction history)
- If you fall under the monitoring of transaction screening
If any of the above applies to you, please try again after a period of time.
PayPay has a system in place to monitor daily payments and other transactions in the development environment as well as in the production environment. Therefore, there may be temporary restrictions on the use of PayPay, but we ask for your understanding as this is part of our efforts to prevent damage.
When transactions are restricted and development or testing is hindered
