Merchant Top Up does not have a cancellation endpoint, so merchants cannot cancel the transaction regardless of the status. If you would like to cancel the transaction or confirm the specific operation, please contact to our sales department.
"PENDING" is intermediate status. It indicates that the transaction is being processed by PayPay, and the status will eventually become "COMPLETED" or "FAILED".
Also, if the "PENDING" status continue for more than 10 seconds, please confirm that the process has been completed by continuing API polling in Get top up details or by using the recon file.
