Are there any restrictions by IP address when using PayPay's various APIs?

• In the test environment, there is no IP address control.
• In the production environment, IP address whitelist control is in place.

Note: We only support static IP addresses. If you do not have a static IP address, please change your system configuration to use a static IP address. You can also specify using a subnet mask.
