Is it possible to get a recon file in a test environment?

It is possible to retrieve the butt file in the test environment.
First, if you are using PayPay for developer, set the URL for the butt file notification webhook from PayPay for developer. You can change it by following the steps below.

1. Log in to PayPay for Developers
2. Click on ‘Open API Configurations’ in the left menu
3. Edit the relevant items in the ‘Configurations’ tab.
