The Refund a Payment (POST: /v2/refunds), the API for making refunds, is successfully completed and the refund is pending. The payment status at this time is CREATED. At that time, the app's transaction history will show that the refund is being processed.
Afterwards, the refund process is executed when it is detected that the balance has been reduced by the target user making a payment, etc., and that the maximum amount of money will not be exceeded even if a refund is made, and the status of the refund is 'REFUNDED'.
