A Webhook for "FAILED" is sent when payment fails upon immediate payment.
Specific examples to make payment fail include:
- Payment that exceeds the payment limit defined by PayPay
- Payment that exceeds the Daily/ monthly payment limit configured by the user
- Insufficient balance
For PreAuth & Capture, no Webhook notification for "FAILED" is sent.
