How do I specify deferred payment as the payment method?

Implement it using the following steps.

・Check whether the user is eligible to use deferred payment (Get payment methods)

・When making a payment request, set deferred payment as the payment method (paymentMethodType and paymentMethodId for Create a payment)

Note: Web Payments does not allow you to specify a payment method.
