The "OP_OUT_OF_SCOPE" error occurs when using the Create a QR Code API in PreAuth & Capture. How can I handle it?

The scope is likely missing "Pre-auth & Capture - Web Payment / Native Payment / Dynamic QR / App Invoke".

In the scope setting when you created a PayPay for Developers account,

• If you added "Pre-auth & Capture - Web Payment / Native Payment / Dynamic QR / App Invoke":
  Please check "Pre-auth & Capture - Web Payment / Native Payment / Dynamic QR / App Invoke" on the Scope tab of "Open API Configurations" in PayPay for Developers and try again.
• If you have not added "Pre-auth & Capture - Web Payment / Native Payment / Dynamic QR / App Invoke":
  You cannot process PreAuth & Capture payment with that account.
  We apologize for the inconvenience, but please create a different PayPay for Developers account, leave "Pre-auth & Capture - Web Payment / Native Payment / Dynamic QR / App Invoke" checked when setting up your scope for the first time, and then try again.
