Merchants that have already registered as an offline payment merchant will be provided with an PayPay for business account upon onboarding, and if they wish to use online payments in addition, registration to PayPay for Developers is necessary
However, it is not possible to link an existing PayPay for Business account with a newly created PayPay for Developer account.
A new PayPay for Business account that is linked to the newly registered PayPay for Developer is created when the activation process is completed from PayPay for Developer.
The ID/Password used to access PayPay for Developer is also used for the linked PayPay for Business.
