Try these steps first
- Merchant information is not issued immediately, please wait about 2 hours.
- Log out of PayPay for Developers in Test Mode, then log in again.
- Clear your browser cache or try logging in with another browser.
- If Test Mode information does not appear after applying for the production environment, check again using the same steps.
If the issue is not resolved
If the display does not change after trying several times, the account status may need to be checked. Contact us using the request form.
Information to include when contacting support
- PayPay for Developers user ID
- Merchant ID
- Email address used to log in
- Target environment, such as Test Mode or Live Mode
- Screenshot of the screen where the message continues to appear
- Date and time when you confirmed the issue
How to check the user ID
After logging in to PayPay for Developers, click the user icon in the upper-right corner to check the user ID.
